Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Last updated: October 9, 2026

1. Who we are

This website, pellanora.com (the “Site”), is operated by [Your registered business name], trading as Pellanora (“Pellanora”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our address is [Business street address, City, State ZIP]. You can contact us at hello@pellanora.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse the Site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Orders: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address and the items you order. This is collected on the secure checkout page hosted by our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Contact messages: your name, email address, order number (if provided) and the contents of your message.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.

Payment information

When you pay, your card or other payment details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout page. We do not see, receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. We receive confirmation of the payment, the last four digits of the card, the card brand and the billing details you provide.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and servers automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to keep the Site secure, to diagnose problems and to understand how the Site is being used.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site stores the contents of your shopping cart in your browser’s local storage so that your cart is still there if you leave and return. This information stays on your device and is not used to identify you. Stripe may set cookies or use similar technologies on its checkout page to process payments securely and prevent fraud. You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings; clearing them will empty your cart.

4. How we use your information

  • To process and fulfill your order, including taking payment, shipping your items and handling returns and refunds.
  • To communicate with you about your order, such as order confirmations, shipping updates and customer service replies.
  • To respond to your questions and requests.
  • To send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
  • To keep records, meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations and enforce our terms.
  • To maintain and improve the Site.

Where the law of your country requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on: performance of a contract (to fulfill your order), our legitimate interests (to run and secure our business and respond to enquiries), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent (for marketing emails).

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed for them to perform their services:

  • Stripe processes payments and helps us prevent fraud. Stripe’s use of your information is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Our website hosting and form-handling provider hosts the Site and receives messages and newsletter sign-ups submitted through it.
  • Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners receive your name, address, phone number and email so they can deliver your order.
  • Email and customer service tools that we use to communicate with you.
  • Professional advisers, authorities and others where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others, or in connection with a sale or restructuring of our business.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our providers.

7. How long we keep information

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and disputes, and meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations (typically up to seven years). We keep contact messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS and payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment security certification. We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it;
  • receive your information in a portable format; and
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

To make a request, email us at hello@pellanora.com. We may need to verify your identity before we can act on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. We will still send you messages about your orders.

California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) gives you the rights described above. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity and contact details) for the business purposes described in section 4. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can submit a request using the contact details above.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other websites

The Site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make significant changes, we will post a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
